記得在前一家公司有一次向大家簡報過去的專案成果, 有位公司的顧問問我 : 看了這麼多專案, 你覺得哪一個是最好的?
我回他 : 沒有最好, 只有更好.
除了我真的認為是這樣之外, 當時也是要鼓勵團隊裡的member, 讓他們隨時都要記住不能滿足於當下的成果.
